Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1: Purpose & Scope

These General Terms of Sale and Use (GTC/GTU) govern all passenger road transport services (VTC & Van shuttles) ordered from the company LFPG GROUND ASSISTANCE SARL (operating under the brand France VAN), located at 2 PASSAGE MAURICE, 93200 SAINT-DENIS, registered with the Bobigny Trade Registry under number 527 861 215.

Any order or booking made online via the website francevan.fr, by phone or by email implies the unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the client.

Article 2: Booking & Pricing

Booking is done via our online tool, by phone or by contact form. The ride fare is estimated and communicated before the order is validated based on mileage and selected vehicle type.

• Fixed rates: The price agreed upon at booking remains fixed and guaranteed, unless a route or itinerary change is requested by the passenger en route.
• Payment on board: No mandatory online prepayment. Payment is made directly on board the vehicle to the chauffeur (cash or credit card).

Article 3: Pick-up, Waiting & Luggage

The chauffeur will welcome the passenger(s) at the place, date and time agreed upon at booking.

• Airport / Station Transfers: A free waiting allowance is granted to accommodate possible flight or train delays (monitored in real time by our chauffeurs).
• Luggage: Luggage is transported under the passenger's responsibility. Luggage volume must comply with the maximum capacity of the booked vehicle.

Article 4: Cancellation & Modification

Any cancellation or modification request must be notified as soon as possible by phone or email to our customer service.

No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Article 5: Onboard Rules & Safety

In accordance with the Highway Code, wearing a seatbelt is mandatory for all passengers in the front and rear.

• Smoking, vaping and consuming alcohol inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or displays aggressive behavior.
